Utilizing State Land to Become Productive Land, Deputy Minister of ATR/Deputy Deputy Head of BPN Oversees Changes in ITDC Land Rights Status.

Deputy Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Deputy Head of the National Land Agency (Wamen ATR/Waka BPN), Raja Juli Antoni, received an audience from the Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN).

This hearing is related to changes in the land rights status of PT Pembangunan Wisata Indonesia or Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC).

For your information, ITDC owns 350 hectares of land in the Nusa Dua and Pelaga areas with a form of control in the form of a Management Rights Certificate (HPL).

After running for 20 years, ITDC’s tourism development has expanded to the development of other tourist areas including the Mandalika Circuit.

In this regard, the Ministry of BUMN initiated the transfer of HPL to Pure Building Use Rights (HGB).

This process is expected to become jurisprudence in other state-owned companies to utilize state land to become productive land.

The Deputy Minister of ATR/Waka of BPN explained that changes to rights need to be carried out internally at the BUMN first, namely releasing the HPL into state land.

The Ministry of ATR/BPN is then tasked with legalizing assets. However, the Ministry of ATR/BPN will assist and continue to oversee the process of changing the basis of these rights.

In this audience, he also accompanied the Deputy Minister of ATR/Waka BPN, the Director General of Determination of Land Rights and Registration.
