Visiting the Palangka Raya City Land Office, Minister AHY ensures that land and spatial planning affairs are running well

Starting his working visit to Central Kalimantan Province, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).

Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) visited the Palangka Raya City Land Office, Thursday (27/06/2024).

He went around inspecting the entire room and greeted the ranks of the land office.

The Minister of ATR/Head of BPN advised the ranks of the Palangka Raya City Land Office to ensure that the Detailed Spatial Planning Plan (RDTR) carried out by the regional government runs according to target.

"RDTR is very important and really needed for investors to be able to develop their businesses in Central Kalimantan, so we have to pursue it well, working together with other stakeholders," he said.

Apart from that, he also encouraged the acceleration of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program.

"Then we will continue to pursue the PTSL target. We hope that Palangka Raya City will have Complete City status, meaning that all special areas have been mapped and well recorded.

"Reducing the potential for conflict disputes and closing the loopholes for land mafia practices," he said after touring.

Not without purpose, visits to Land Offices and Provincial BPN Regional Offices throughout Indonesia aim to ensure that the policies of the Ministry of ATR/BPN are running well.

Apart from that, Minister AHY also wants to hear directly about the problems and challenges faced by regional officials in implementing strategic programs.

"For me, the quickest way to get to grips with the problem is by visiting directly. Nothing can replace direct face-to-face dialogue.

"And at the same time I can measure whether policies at the central level have been implemented well," he said.

Palangka Raya City Land Office employees are also encouraged to always provide the best service to the community.

"The spirit is that at all times ATR/BPN must be increasingly able to serve the public professionally and humanistically," said Minister AHY.

Minister AHY's arrival was welcomed by the Head of the Palangkaraya City Land Office, Yono Cahyono.

Also accompanying him was the Minister's Expert Staff for Community Participation and Regional Government.

Yulia Jaya Nirmawati, Special Staff and Expert Staff to the Minister, and Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of ATR/BPN; and Head of the BPN Regional Office for Central Kalimantan Province, Elijas B. Tjahajadi.
