Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) arrived in Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan Province, Sunday (11/08/2024).
During this working visit, he will carry out a number of agendas, starting from reviewing Weekend Land Services (PELATARAN) to attending the Plenary Cabinet Session in the Archipelago Capital (IKN) on Monday (12/08/2024).
“In particular, tomorrow we will attend the first Plenary Cabinet Session chaired directly by Mr President Joko Widodo, who will present all members of the first cabinet at IKN.
“Of course this will be an important and historic moment,” said Minister AHY upon arrival at Sepinggan International Airport, Balikpapan City.
His participation as Minister of ATR/Head of BPN is also to ensure that there are solutions to land problems in East Kalimantan Province.
This is the Ministry of ATR/BPN’s commitment to providing easy land services for the community.
“So hopefully our presence here can also continue to provide solutions to land matters which we know are often complex and full of challenges.
“But our commitment is to continue to be responsive to what the residents need,” said Minister AHY.
He hopes that with tomorrow’s meeting, preparations for the commemoration of Independence Day on August 17 can also go well.
After the cabinet meeting, Minister AHY will also accompany President Joko Widodo in groundbreaking a number of development projects at IKN, namely PT BCA, PT Intiland, PT Hotel Papua Internasional, and PT Royal Golden Eagle.
Also accompanying Minister AHY on this working visit were Special Staff for Internal Management.
