Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid visited the Office of the Ministry of ATR/BPN in Cikeas, Bogor Regency on (20/11/2024).
He gave direct direction to the ranks of three work units, namely the Center for Human Resource Development (PPSDM).
Land Information Data Center, (Pusdatin) Spatial Planning, and LP2B; and the Center for Development and Standardization of Agrarian, Spatial Planning and Land Policy (Pusbang SKATP), mainly related to optimizing services to the community.
“For a month I have been studying the issues at the Ministry of ATR/BPN. It can be concluded that the overall output of the Ministry of ATR/BPN is in the form of services to the community.
Then, in the context of the transformation of the Ministry of ATR/BPN in the future, be it Pusdatin, PPSDM, or Pusbang, it is software that supports optimizing services to the community,” said Minister Nusron.
He said, transformation and optimization of public services require adequate systems and human resources. “The system is created by each Directorate General (Ditjen).
Then, the service is simplified through IT by Pusdatin, then for human resources it is determined by PPSDM.
For the role of Pusbang is to make the right decisions, of course it must be based on numbers and data, the study must be scientifically correct,” explained the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN.
Regarding human resources, Minister Nusron plans to implement a curriculum that refers to risk-based management for all employees at the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
According to him, all employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN need to understand the concept of risk-based management.
“All our employees must refer to prudent or governance, compliant and risk management.
I, together with the Secretary General and Mr. Makarima (Head of PPSDM) have talked about this, asking to formulate a risk-based management curriculum. We want to strengthen human resources for the future,” said Minister Nusron.
Before delivering his direction, Minister Nusron was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Suyus Windayana and the Head of PPSDM, Einstein Al Makarima Mohammad; Head of Pusdatin, Spatial Planning and LP2B.
I Ketut Gede Ary Sucaya, Head of Pusbang SKATP, Hardian, Head of Public Relations Bureau, Harison Mocodompis; and Head of General Affairs and Procurement Services Bureau, Awaludin toured each work unit.
“Earlier I went around, in my opinion the place is very representative for the size of Pusdiklat, and very supportive for a learning atmosphere.
Improving competence in order to improve capabilities, create a conducive climate, and the integrity of our employees, namely in order to optimize services to the people,” concluded Minister Nusron.
