The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) is once again synergizing with PT Pertamina (Persero) in the field of land and spatial planning.

This collaboration is outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding/MoU that was recently signed by the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, Nusron Wahid and the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), Simon Aloysius Mantiri at Grha Pertamina, Jakarta, Monday (12/23/2024).

Minister Nusron said that coordination between ministries/institutions and State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) is important to realize the vision and mission of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto.

In this case, PT Pertamina (Persero) supports two priority programs, namely energy self-sufficiency and downstreaming.

“I think we are a united team, all working to complete three major PRs, namely energy self-sufficiency, food self-sufficiency, and downstream programs so that we have added value.

As a technical ministry, we are legally obliged to support it, we must not hinder or slow it down,” said the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN on that occasion.

In this MoU, Minister Nusron mentioned that there are 192 companies that will apply for permits and services to the Ministry of ATR/BPN, namely related to land certification.

Approval of Suitability of Spatial Utilization Activities (PKKPR), Protected Rice Fields (LSD), dispute and conflict resolution, land technical considerations (PERTEK), and land acquisition.

He also appealed to the ranks of the Ministry of ATR/BPN to provide good services as stated in this MoU.

“We ask that this MoU be followed up properly, if later the service is still slow, not fast, we are embarrassed,” said Minister Nusron.

Meanwhile, President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), Simon Aloysius Mantiri stated that the signing of this MoU is a momentum and a real manifestation of strategic synergy between PT Pertamina (Persero) and the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

He also appreciated the Ministry of ATR/BPN for this support and cooperation, especially in supporting Pertamina’s efforts to realize energy resilience and self-sufficiency.

On the same occasion, 26 Electronic Certificates in the form of Building Use Rights (HGB) were also handed over to PT Pertamina (Persero).

This land certificate is intended for the fuel pipeline from the Fuel Terminal in Boyolali Regency to the Pengapon Fuel Terminal in Semarang City, Central Java Province, which stretches a total of 81.5 km.

Present to accompany Minister Nusron were, among others, Deputy Minister of ATR/Deputy Head of BPN, Ossy Dermawan; Director General of Spatial Planning, Dwi Hariyawan.

A number of Senior High Officials in the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Head of the Land Bank Agency, Parman Nataatmadja, a number of Heads of the BPN Provincial Regional Offices and their staff.

Also present were the President Commissioner and the Board of Commissioners of PT Pertamina (Persero).
