Therefore, the role of women in the democratic process is crucial and fundamental as guardians of conscience, balancers, and strengtheners of human values.

When women are actively involved in democracy, the resulting policies are not only legally sound but also just and conscientiously mature,” she said.

She also emphasized that the Tangerang Regency Government is committed to continuously opening up participation, increasing capacity, and implementing policies that support women’s empowerment.
