The Tangerang Regency Government (Pemkab), through the Population and Family Planning Agency (DPPKB), launched the TAMASYA (Child-Friendly Foster Care) program to strengthen the Bangga Kencana (Family Development, Population, and Family Planning) program.

Tangerang Regency Regional Secretary (Sekda), Soma Atmaja, officially launched the TAMASYA program at the Tangerang Regent’s Hall on Thursday (11/13/2025).

In his remarks, Sekda Soma stated that the TAMASYA program is an important innovation in strengthening the implementation of the Bangga Kencana (Family Development, Population, and Family Planning) program.

“Through the TAMASYA program, we want to create a foster garden, a space that educates, protects, and fosters love for children, thereby creating quality, resilient, and happy families,” said Soma.

According to him, the success of the TAMASYA program is greatly influenced by the support of many parties across sectors, not only the government but also all elements of society, academia, the media, and the business world.

“We need strong synergy and collaboration between local governments, the business world, academics, cadres, extension workers, and the community.

This spirit of mutual cooperation and collaboration is key to ensuring that the values ​​of family development are conveyed and realized on the ground,” he explained.

He continued, the TAMASYA program aligns with the vision of Tangerang Regency, namely to create a prosperous and competitive Tangerang Regency community. Through quality families.

It is hoped that a superior, productive generation will emerge, ready to face future challenges, towards becoming the Golden Generation of Tangerang Regency.

“Today’s momentum also serves as a shared commitment to strengthening family resilience and creating a child-friendly environment.

Let’s make the TAMASYA movement a concrete step towards realizing families that love children, love mothers, and love the future,” he concluded.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Tangerang Regency DPPKB, Dr. Achmad Muchlis, reported that the TAMASYA program is a strategic innovation that aims to empower every family in Tangerang Regency to become empowered, productive, and resilient in facing various social and economic challenges.

“Thank God, in Tangerang Regency, there are already five childcare centers or childcare centers collaborating to implement the TAMASYA program, including one in Pasar Kemis, two TPAs ​​in Kelapa Dua, Citra Raya, and Telaga Bestari,” he said.

He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all parties who have contributed and supported the implementation of the TAMASYA program in Tangerang Regency.
