Tangerang Regent Moch Maesyal Rasyid emphasized the importance of discipline and preparedness of all ASN in facing the rainy season.
This was conveyed during the morning assembly at Raden Aria Yudhanegara Field, Monday (6/30/25).
“To ASN, be disciplined and enthusiastic in serving the community.
Discipline is the initial foundation in carrying out our duties, one of which is attending the morning assembly,” said Regent Maesyal Rasyid in front of the assembly participants.
He reminded all regional apparatuses to remain ready to face the rainy season that is still hitting a number of areas in Tangerang Regency.
He requested that related OPDs, such as the Sub-district Head, Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Public Works and Water Resources Agency, Health Agency, and Environmental Agency increase their vigilance, coordination and preparedness.
“We need to anticipate and respond quickly to potential disasters in this rainy season.
Ensure that services to the community continue to run well, especially in areas prone to inundation and flooding,” he said.
On that occasion, the Regent also released the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) contingent of Tangerang Regency who will participate in the IV Happy Meeting (Jumbara) of the Banten Province Youth Red Cross in Serang.
This activity will last for five days and will be attended by PMI volunteers and selected members of the Youth Red Cross (PMR) from Tangerang Regency.
“Please pray and support so that the Jumbara participants can carry out their duties well, gain valuable experience, and strengthen their humanitarian spirit and social skills,” he said.
The Tangerang Regency Jumbara contingent who will participate in the Banten Province Jumbara consists of 50 people consisting of 12 PMR Mula people, 15 PMR Madya people, 14 PMR Wira people and the rest are 9 mentors and supervisors.
