Tangerang Regent Reviews Tigaraksa Hospital Services.

Tangerang Regent Moch Maesyal Rasyid reviewed health services at the Tigaraksa Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Friday (7/3/25).

Regent Maesyal Rasyid went around from the medical care service room, operating room, to the corners of the bathroom in the hospital.

“The service here is quite good. I hope that the board of directors and nurses will improve their services in the future to serve the community, especially the Tangerang Regency community who are treated and treated at this Tigaraksa hospital,” said Maesyal Rasyid.

He advised all staff of the Tigaraksa Hospital and nurses to prioritize friendliness, politeness, humanism, and informativeness in serving every patient and community who need health services.

“I ask all staff of the RSUD and nurses to always be friendly and kind in serving every patient who comes to the Tigaraksa hospital without looking at their ID cards and without looking at what type of service the patient requests,” he requested.

He emphasized that officers and nurses should not discriminate against people who need health services.

All those who need health services and treatment at Tigaraksa Regional Hospital must be served well without exception.

“For nurses, serve the people who seek treatment first.

Don’t ask first whether they use BPJS or what, don’t ask where they come from. Basically, serve the people who come for treatment well,” he said.

He hopes that the Director of Tigaraksa Regional Hospital and all his staff will continue to innovate and improve themselves so that the increase in the hospital’s status to a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) can be realized in the not too distant future.
