TARGETING THE DRAFT REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF ATR/BPN ON THE STRATEGIC PLAN 2025/2029.

JAKARTA, POSINTERNASIONAL.COM.

The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) is targeting the Draft Regulation of the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN on the Strategic Plan (Rapermen Renstra) for 2025–2029 to be completed in July 2025.

The Secretary General (Sekjen) of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Pudji Prasetijanto Hadi, asked all ranks to focus on completing the preparation of the strategic regulation collaboratively and on time.

“This is our common task, let’s focus on completing it together.

Don’t let us have the wrong perception regarding what we have to do in the future because we are also pressed for time,” said Pudji Prasetijanto Hadi when opening the coordination meeting held at the ATR/BPN Ministry Office, Jakarta, Thursday (06/19/2025).

The draft regulation itself consists of two parts, namely the body and appendices. Currently, the body containing the opening, articles, and closing has been discussed.

Meanwhile, the appendices are still awaiting further discussion.

“The next process is just a discussion and approval of the substance before it can be continued,” explained the Secretary General of the ATR/BPN Ministry in a meeting that took place offline and online.

The Draft Regulation being discussed is guided by the 2025-2029 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) which has been stipulated through Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2025, in February 2025.

“I want all of us to be serious in breaking down the RPJMN from the president,” said Pudji Prasetijanto Hadi.

In this regard, the Head of the Planning and Cooperation Bureau, Andi Tenri Abeng, hopes that the Draft Regulation on the Renstra has been ratified by the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN according to the target.

“Before the end of July, there was a Regulation that was ratified by the Minister. So please support everyone.

Hopefully, we can all comply with this timeline according to the direction of the Secretary General,” concluded Andi Tenri Abeng.

This coordination meeting was attended by a number of High-Level Pratama Officials, Administrators, and Supervisors within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
