Deputy Regent of Tangerang, Intan Nurul Hikmah led the first Monday morning assembly after being officially inaugurated as Deputy Regent of Tangerang Regency.

This Monday morning assembly was attended by government employees, at Raden Aria Yudhanegara Field, Tangerang Regency Government Center, Monday (24/2/25).

In her remarks, Deputy Regent Intan invited all assembly participants to always be grateful to Allah SWT for the health and abundance of grace given.

She also invited all ASN to continue to strengthen their commitment in carrying out their duties as state and community servants.

“With the permission of the Regent, I took this morning assembly as the beginning of my meeting with all of you.

Hopefully this meeting will strengthen togetherness, solidarity, and enthusiasm in carrying out government duties in order to realize an increasingly brilliant Tangerang,” said Intan Nurul Hikmah.

He continued the message of the Regent of Tangerang, Maesyal Rasyid, who is currently attending a retreat program in Magelang from 21 to 28 February 2025.

So that all levels of the Tangerang Regency Government, including heads of regional apparatuses, sub-district heads, village heads, and ASN, remain united in one command and affirm their commitment to running the government with full responsibility, loyalty, and integrity.

“I would like to convey a message from the Regent, let us close ranks in one command and affirm our commitment to continuing the wheels of government with full responsibility, loyalty, and integrity,” he said.

According to him, the routine morning assembly is not just a routine, but is a space to convey information, direction and consolidation as well as a manifestation of discipline and responsibility as ASN.

To that end, he also asked for active support from all levels of regional apparatuses and ASN to carry out the implementation of government, development, and services to the community as well as possible according to the principles of good governance.

“The morning assembly that we routinely carry out is not just a routine, but a space to convey information, direction and consolidation.

As well as a manifestation of our discipline and responsibility as ASN to carry out the implementation of government, development, and services to the community,” he said.

In his message, Deputy Regent Intan also reminded all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Tangerang Regency Government to comply with all regulations that have been set, especially those governing working hours during the holy month of Ramadan.

“In welcoming this holy month, I remind all ASN to continue to comply with the working hour rules that have been set.

Based on Tangerang Regent Regulation Number 2 of 2025 concerning Working Days and Hours of Regional Apparatus and State Civil Apparatus Employees, working hours during the month of Ramadan,” he said.

He hopes that the provisions that have been set can be adhered to properly.

So that services to the community continue to run optimally and asks all related OPDs to immediately make various preparations to maintain calm, purity and order during the month of Ramadan.

“I also ask the relevant regional apparatus to immediately make various preparations in order to welcome Ramadan,” he said.

In addition, Deputy Regent Intan also proposed that MSMEs be given space and opportunity to sell takjil in the government environment in order to improve the welfare of MSME actors while also making it easier for the community to get food to break the fast.

After the roll call was finished, all participants had the opportunity to shake hands and congratulate the Deputy Regent of Tangerang.
