Tangerang Regent Moch Maesyal Rasyid attended the 46th anniversary celebration of Babakan Asem Village, Teluknaga District, which was held solemnly and together on Saturday evening (12/13/2025).

The village anniversary celebration included a series of religious activities, including communal prayers and a mass religious gathering led by Lil Habib Hasan bin Ja’far Assegaf on Sunday (12/14).

This also served as a commemoration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The religious atmosphere was palpable, adding to the solemnity of the event.

In his remarks, Regent Maesyal Rasyid expressed his appreciation and pride for the implementation of Babakan Asem Village’s anniversary celebration, which was imbued with values ​​of faith and togetherness.

He considered the village anniversary celebration, which included religious activities, an exemplary form of gratitude.

“A village anniversary celebration filled with prayers and a grand religious gathering like this is very good.

Because besides strengthening the brotherhood, it is also believed to bring blessings to the village and its entire community,” said Regent Maesyal Rasyid.

According to him, the village anniversary celebration is not just a ceremony, but also a momentum to strengthen the values ​​of faith, unity, and social awareness within the community.

He also invited the entire community to pray together for those affected by the disaster, especially those in the provinces of Aceh, West Sumatra, and North Sumatra.

“I invite everyone present to pray together for our brothers and sisters in Sumatra and Aceh who are currently affected by the flash floods.

May the victims be given strength and a speedy recovery so they can return to their daily activities,” he added.

Furthermore, Regent Maesyal advised that as Babakan Asem Village ages, all village officials must continue to improve the quality of public services in all areas.

“Whether in administrative matters, improving the local economy, or developing and improving village infrastructure, everything must continue to be improved for the welfare of the residents,” he emphasized.

Meanwhile, Babakan Asem Village Head, Madjoli Ma’mur, expressed his gratitude for the presence of the Tangerang Regent and all parties who supported the 46th anniversary of Babakan Asem Village.
