Tangerang Regency Government held the peak of the election of inspiring women for Tangerang Regency in 2024.
This event was combined with the 96th Mother’s Day (PHI) Commemoration at the Gemilang Hall of the Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Service (DPPPA), Wednesday (18/12/24 ).
In his speech, the Chair of the Tangerang Regency PKK Mobilization Team, Mrs Mirasari Andi Ony appreciated the activities initiated by the Tangerang Regency Government through the DPPPA.
According to him, this activity can encourage women in Tangerang Regency to be confident and have high competitiveness.
Apart from that, women have a very important role in all aspects of life, although their perspectives are often ignored or underrepresented.
Therefore, concrete efforts are needed to provide ideas that enable women to speak out.
Participate and influence change in every sector, especially in society. One of them is by holding this activity.
“This inspiring women selection program is extraordinary in providing motivation, abilities and skills to women.
Of course, we from the PKK really appreciate this activity,” he said.
He hopes that this activity will encourage and raise the enthusiasm of women in Tangerang Regency in improving the quality of life and welfare of women and children.
“My message is, for those who have not been nominated and won, don’t be discouraged and continue working for the progress of the nation,” he concluded.
On the same occasion, the Head of DPPPA, Asep Suherman, revealed that the highlight of this election was the theme.
