Acting Regent of Tangerang, Andi Ony, appealed to all government officials to continue optimizing the implementation of their respective duties and functions, especially in dealing with developing strategic issues and meeting the increasingly dynamic needs of the community.

“The ongoing rainy season demands special attention, especially for BPBD and related parties.

We ask that early detection of potential disasters, such as floods and strong winds, continue to be improved.

Anticipation at vulnerable points must be carried out immediately, and coordination between agencies must be strengthened so that responses to disasters can be carried out quickly and appropriately,” he said while leading the Tangerang Regency National Awareness Day roll call at the Raden Aria Yudhanegara Field, Tangerang Regency Government Center, Monday (20/1/25).

The roll call was combined with the symbolic handover of Retirement Decrees (SK) to a number of civil servants within the Tangerang Regency Government.

In his message, Pj Andi Ony expressed his gratitude to all OPDs who had carried out the 2024 activities well.

He also requested that the implementation of activities that had been carried out well continue to be improved and immediately prepare for the implementation of programs and activities in the next budget year.

“Immediately implement every program and activity in a timely, disciplined, and responsible manner.

Good regional financial management is the key to maintaining the quality of development and improving community welfare,” he said.

Furthermore, in an effort to support local products, Pj Andi Ony invited all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to be proud to use regional products and actively promote the potential of Tangerang Regency, both from the natural beauty and other superior products, one of which is bamboo caps.

“Let’s show our identity as part of Tangerang Regency by taking advantage of various opportunities to introduce local potential to the wider public,” he added.

On the occasion of the roll call, 37 state civil apparatus (ASN) who will enter retirement on February 1, 2025 were also symbolically handed over.

With details of 2 administrator officials, 2 supervisory officials, 24 functional teachers, 3 health workers, 3 technical functional officials, and 3 implementers.
