The KPK explained that it was prohibited for those suspected of being named as suspects by KPK investigators, Jakarta Sunday (29/12).
Currently, the KPK is looking for evidence to determine the suspect, now the one who is prohibited is said by the KPK to be the former Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna to go abroad.
If he still insists on traveling abroad, the investigators will issue a summons.
“The investigators are looking for several pieces of evidence to be used as a suspect determination on Yasonna,” said the Head of the KPK Information Sub-Division, Tessa to reporters in Jakarta.
According to him, there are several files and witnesses stating that Yasonna was involved in a corruption case.
“We hope Yasonna does not go abroad, he is still serving as a witness in a corruption case at the Minister of Law and Human Rights,” he said.
