Defendant Ibnu Alfarizi 25 private elementary school teachers for alleged abuse of a female toddler in Pondok Bahar Housing, Karang Tengah District, Tangerang City, was tried by public prosecutor Triana SH presenting witness Fact Sugiyarti who saw the defendant slamming the victim onto the asphalt with his left hand.

The perpetrator’s cruel act of slamming the victim was recorded by a resident’s CCTV, then went viral on social media. The defendant Article 80 Paragraph (1) and (2) in conjunction with Article 76 C of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014.

The position of the perpetrator throwing the child was still on the motorbike, his right hand was still holding the handlebars, while his left hand was slamming the child.

The video that was played earlier was exactly the incident that the witness saw. He was thrown more than once. Defendant Ibnu Alfarizi did not reject Sugiyarti’s testimony.

Defendant Ibnu Alfarizi never had a dispute. The fight to the point of fighting, the witness answered the defendant’s legal counsel’s questions and never knew.

The defendant has never been punished. Likewise, witness Anatasa, the defendant’s girlfriend, if the defendant has never been punished. The legal advisor will present an expert witness.
